I had an outbreak of roaches in my Airbnb house. Prevail came out three times and I haven't seen any roaches since.

Let’s talk about it. So I get quotes. Owning a home is expensive and a huge undertaking regardless of what you can and can’t do. Some things you can deal with on your own. However folks termite treatment is a 100% let the professionals handle it situation. That being said THANK GOD for this company. They came out and gave me a quote along with 4 other company’s. I honestly didn’t expect to go with them. I guess I thought they would be the most expensive. The work sounded extreme and excessive and I was so stressed because I had attempted a moment of diy termite control only to realize I had failed miserably. The fact is getting rid of these monsters is excessive work but my guy who quoted me broke it down in understanding for me which I really appreciated. When you start talking over $1000 to handle issues I need explanation. He told me the requirements to do the job and that he might even be out on this task depending on when I would be scheduled. I was a little shocked. So he’s not only a good representative of the company in professionalism and honesty he’s also speaking from a laborer position who isn’t afraid to get in and get his hands dirty. This comforted me because that means this person knows what he’s speaking about and made me feel at ease with the fact this isn’t their first pest control call ;D. He told me he would run it by the boss and bring me a quote. I thought he would send it via email lol nope then I see him coming back around the house on the phone double checking the scene with the boss and tape measure again to make sure I was given the most realistic and competitive quote available. That made me feel good because it also showed it’s a team communicating time and ease regarding the job. Turns out for termite killing an exact amount of chemical is placed EVERY FOOT. I know when it comes to pulling dirt from beside a house that sounds like light work but for those of use that have turned half a lawn into something concrete means drilling and patching and and and….. ANDDDD Prevail did it alll for the lowest price I was quoted without any fuss on my end. The contract even stated I didn’t have to be home. I was worried about pipes and damage and they lovingly laughed at my concerns. Mainly because for professionals they knew exactly what they were doing and what the protocol was about it. I’m so happy I had Prevail come treat my home before termites ate more of my house. I’m thrilled with their attention to detail regarding my situation, their professionalism and their timely response both giving a quote and coming for the job itself. I can’t speak enough for them. And I really appreciate the guys that came out on a hot day to sweat through the humidity of a summer morning and lunch trenching a drilling and patching concrete to kill bugs. A++ business.

Update on previous review: Hammond & wife have been out to survey damage in flower beds and have more than made up for damage caused: they brought replacement plants & even repaired & brought back to life previously mentioned flamingo (which in itself is quite remarkable). Thank You Prevail Pest Control for being the BEST Family owned and operated Pest Control Service. When we moved to this area, our home was under contract with another service and this "Don't like Spiders, Ants or any Crawling creatures" gal started looking for a pest control company that would work with us. Well God heard me and as I was listening to The Way station, I heard their Prevail Commercial. I called, they came and even when after they have treated around my home, and I see a spider, they are back out and treating again. They even came out when we were so concerned about termites because our community clubhouse was infested with them. They inspected, told us what they could do and how much it would cost. They are so reasonable on pricing and I can't say enough of how friendly and wonderful the whole team are. The office staff is so great to help when you have a question about your invoice. I had never had a bug problem in the 5 years at living in our house. Joshua explained specifically how we could have developed an infestation without our knowledge, and that made me feel better internally. He described what processes he was using and was very thorough with the explanation. I waited a while before sending my very satisfactory response, to see how the pest control process worked initially. It has been just as was explained. The roaches are dying out and my kitchen is getting clear of the infestation. I will recommend Prevail to others who inquire.

I recently moved into a condo on Saint Simons Island that had an active issue. I contacted Prevail Pest Control after the company that our HOA uses failed to provide results. Prevail Pest Control went above and beyond and was very thorough, pulling appliances, treating cabinets, and overall courteous and professional. The other company never did any of that. My Prevail technician is consistently professional and offers a personalized experience in treating my critter issues. He guides me to understand what I can do to aid, like making adjustments to my sprinkler system zones and timer. Sometimes your technician might bring you gifts from the company…like honey 🍯 (of which I have run out…hint, hint)! Final Note: The technicians wear particular clothing or uniforms that endorse their affiliation with the company & promote a sort of assurance or trust, I guess.

Jeffrey was on time (a little early actually). He phoned us about 15 minutes before he arrived. He didn't mind us following him around to learn how he changes the poison in the termite dispensers. He was super polite and very helpful, as I had lots of questions. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable on numerous kinds of pests and I learned a lot from him. He's just a fine outstanding young man. I'm sure his parents, family, and his boss are very proud of him. Hard worker and extremely competent. Loved meeting him!
